Well...I prepaid a $1080 luxury room.Room wasn't cleaned properely...there was peanut shells in the vase upon the reception room table...the t.v service necessitated a call to housekeeping to enable it to work...the complimentary fruit basket arrived at 11.30 pm...that was after a call to ask ..."Do you really want it..?"...We are a bit busy... Being humilated in front om y 13 yr old daughter by a senior member of Hyatt Staff...well I ask you...what industry are you in...I will forever till the day I day I die spend my money at the Ramada at Glenelg...their apartments and service give 200% return on what the Hyatt offer.....and I am still querying "additional" debits on my Mastercard...That I paid in cash...and an item that was "stolen" by the aforementioned senior member of staff... Serious allegations...but let me not even get into that this establishment allows escorts and "entertainers of the shady types" to knock upon your door for directions...uuuggh
