The Granada, Alhambra

Located in an elegant four-story building from the 1930's, the Granada has become the premier Spanish dining and dancing experience in Southern California. The establishment hosts a dance floor, a tapas restaurant, and a salsa dancing school called, "Let's Dance L.A.". Each Friday and Saturday, the best salsa bands in area come to entertain pulsing crowds till 3, or 4 in the morning. The restaurant cooks up unique tapas dishes like fried calamari and zucchini, as well as Spanish takes on standard American fare, like the Spanish club sandwich. If there is any other place that is more authentically Spanish, chances are you're on the other side of the Atlantic, amigo.
