Mixed feelings

The walls were a little thin and the tv was rather small (not to mention there was not a very impressive selection of channels) but overall the hotel staff was very hospitible and friendly and the location could not be beat. And the rest of the public areas of the hotel were also very impressive.

Lovely lobby, shops, restaurants. Starbuck's - loved that! Friendly staff at every level from valet to housekeeping. Shuttle to Disneyland very convenient coming every 20 min. My husband and I enjoyed our 2 night stay very much.

The room was dirty. There was food on the floor and hairs in the bathtub.

Excellent Service!

My girlfriend and I stayed there after a long drive toward home. I was very impressed by the service and accomidations. Valet,4 restaurants,Room service, 5 jaccuzzi's, a nice view of disneyland and an AWESOME & FULL bar (great for a hotel)that's open till 2am every night. Not to mention nice discount tickets from the concierge for disneyland, theatre, baseball games, they can even get you a nice limo. We Stayed for 3 nights!
