We visited your restaurant on the evening of October 9 and were extremely impressed with the creativeness of the appetizers (We sampled 9 of them), the entree's and the 4 desserts we tried. My very favorites were the Ravioli in a Vanilla sauce and the salmon served on a crispy potato pancake. The quality and presentation of the appetizers were beyond compare to any we've ever had. Iwas one of a party of three. Coming from Philadelphia, I was visiting my daughter, Courtney Collins and her significant other Ian Vonsalsung, and can't say enough about the food, creativity, and presentation. I had the scallop entree', Ian had one of the evening's specials (the Chard), and Courtney had the salmon. All were beyond excellent. I only wish I could dine there more often, and I'm sure the others will surely do so.
Your chef, Gary Mennies is truly one of the great future chefs in Georgia and even in the U.S. Please extend our congratulations to him.
