Description
The good people at The Pines in the Rundlestone Lodge believe that Banff meals should have a local taste, so they include local wildlife on the menu. Try the hearty Dried Buffalo Salad, followed by either the Marinated Civet of Caribou or Baked Rack of Venison. They also offer the more exotic like Ostrich Steak, but you can always count on domestic standbys of beef, veal, pork and chicken. The dining room is elegantly light and airy, with well-spaced tables and plush stuffed chairs.
