Located in Calle Consell de Cent, in the heart of the art gallery district of Barcelona, this gallery is not only specialized in Catalan paintings of the 19th and 20th Centuries, but also has a great variety of art objects from the modernist era. It's the gallery to go to if you are looking for some really good art work. Both paintings and sculptures, from the Catalan modernist scene, as well as other decorative objects which followed this artistic trend, such as furniture, mirrors and vases are a part of the treasured collection. The collection also contains landscapes by Joaquim Mir, paintings by Isidro Nonell, and works by Santiago Rusiñol and Ramón Casas. Apart from pieces of furniture, designed by Gaspar Homar, you can also find sculptures by Casanovas and Frederic Marès.
