The brain child of Jenny Lin Liu, Black Sesame Kitchen celebrates local Beijing cuisine in a very special way. Set in a Hou Hai courtyard that has been converted to an open kitchen and dining room, Black Sesame Kitchen offers instruction on how to cook local specialties on a grand scale. From dumplings and candy apples to six course banquets, Black Sesame is ready to pass along a lot of secrets.
