Awesome karaoke place!

I went to Beijing this summer of 2004 on a student study abroad program. The program brought us to check out many sites and this was the only non-siteseeing place they brought us. The lounge is well-lit, seating is comfortable, there's neon pink and blue lights around the walls, extremely clean, and it has a huge library of songs. They had a lot of b&w pictures of Audrey Hepburn on the walls too. Many of us (maybe all of us) can't read Chinese so it was great that they had so many English songs! I remember we had room 888 in one of the levels, (the place is huge), it was a decent size room that fit about 30 people with more room to spare. There was even partition in the room separated like a room in a recording studio. The rates are great, being a foreigner, but the only downside was that drinks are sold separately. The drinks aren't the size sold back at home either. All in all, this was a great place. I wish they have one of those karaokes back here in NYC!
