Grand Hyatt Berlin, Berlin

I have stayed four times over the last 5 months and have found the qualities of this hotel consistently excellent. I have not been disappointed with the room, service, restaurants or the facilities. The personnel are efficient and friendly. The hotel is very good for business meetings with a choice of restaurants and a business center that can accomodate your technical needs. They have handled my demands without a hitch. Two of my stays have included invited business associates. They have been served excellently. The facilities are probable the best in hotels, especially their pool. I am a swimmer and have tested many hotels pools and this one can really be used to excercise since it accomodates lap swimming. Most hotels do not. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with confidence that they will be pleased.
