Stables Real Coffee,

Owned by Nadine, a native New Yorker and former resident of Tokyo, Stables (a nipa hut with counter stools for about six) is a good place for coffee and conversation. Nadine's interests range from crystals and gemstones to coaching a local beach soccer team called, not surprisingly, "Real Coffee Boom Boom." The coffee is brewed from freshly ground beans selected by Nadine herself, which probably explains why there is nothing quite like it on the island. Nadine also makes excellent cakes and cookies. Try the banana or carrot cake, or the chocolate brownies.
