Great location, Better Brunch
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/06/2005
We stayed here for a family birthday event and the location proved to be worth it. We could walk to a lot of the Boston attractions, which was nice. There is a new LA Sports Club next door which guests have access to and that was very nice as well. If you stay here, dont miss the Sunday brunch-- it was simply out of this world!

Lives up to the Four Seasons name
By KT, 06/06/2005
I have stayed in several Four Seasons around the U.S., and I have never been disappointed with the service and standards there. The Boston Four Seasons is no exception. Beautiful rooms, great fitness center, one of the best restaurants in Boston (Aujourd'hui), and the famed Four Seasons service. Right on the Boston Common and Public Gardens and walking distance from many other wonderful attractions.

attitude
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/06/2005
What is it with this hotel. I'm tired of the problems getting Teddy Bear Tea reservations. I call in Sept like they ask then they always give me the run around. When I get there they treat us like cattle. Now they don't have my hotel reservation & I have to pay more to make it again. Can't get a straight answer about a simple food request for my grandaughter. If it wasn't for her loving this outing I would never stay at the Boston Four Seasons. I thought this hotel was suppose to cater to its guests. I get better service at the Holiday Inn.

Re: Attitude
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/06/2005
Since it seems that you are a regular guest...perhpas you should introduce yourself to the rooms and hotel manager. Explain your concern and then each time you visit ask to speak to them. I gave up on the Ritz. They never responded to any of my concerns. i found that Four Seasons was always willing to listen and understand. Teddy Bear Tea is a great tradition for my family...I hope it will always be one for you and your grand daughter.

A pool with a view
By Robert, 06/06/2005
Let me just start with my favorite thing about the Four Seasons in Boston: There is an indoor pool at the top of the hotel. It has these enormous windows and awesome views of the huge park nearby. I’ve never stayed at the Four Seasons before so I have no others to compare it to, but I was pretty happy with this one. The service was great and I treated myself to a ninety minute Swedish Massage at the on-site spa. The hotel was pretty pricey, but I enjoyed myself anyway.
