This charming continental restaurant/brasserie is set in the heart of Brighton's Lanes. The menu is impressive, offering French and Italian cuisine using fresh ingredients. Appetisers are cheap, while smoked Scotch salmon is more expensive. Poulet aux raisins (sauteed breast of chicken finished in champagne and cream topped with fresh grapes) is a good example of delicacies served. Vegetarians will find only two options but it's a must for those who like meat or fish. An extensive wine list may be perused.
