The Metropolitan is best known for its indie/alternative nights. Live music also features on some nights. With a capacity of 400, the club is often crowded and is a great favorite with the city's students, probably because of the drinks promotions. There is no dress code, no age restrictions, and the club has a great atmosphere, with everyone getting down on the dance floor.
