We encountered a hotel staff that was rude and non-responsive! We will NEVER stay there again! A few of our problems included: • No free rental car for guests to use (as advertised). • The upper pool was closed for renovation. • The casual restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday due to electrical problems. • Our TV stopped working multiple times throughout our stay. • The pullout sofa was the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on. • The hotel would not give us a free rollaway bed for our kids. • We found dead worms in our sink and bathroom floor and a dead lizard under our front door. • The hotel would not allow us to have late checkout. • Every guest we spoke to also complained about the lack of amenities and poor service.
