July Open Fishing Tournament

Description

Summer means blue marlin fishing for local anglers and they turn out in droves for the annual Virgin Islands Game Fishing Club July Open Fishing Tournament. Records for July sit at more than 1,000 pounds. The event benefits the local Boys and Girls Club. Participants gather afterwards at the club to socialize. If you do not have a boat, the club will help you organize a rental or you may find a spot on a member's boat. The entry fee runs USD300 per angler. It's open at 5p daily.
