Stone Oven Bakery Café
Description
The Stone Oven Bakery Café was opened in the 1990s by owners who wanted Americans to have the chance to experience European-style breads, and create more social spaces. From this came the Stone Oven Bakery Café, which was the first in Cleveland to offer handmade artisan breads, such as San Francisco Sourdough, Challah, and Siciliano. The bustling café uses those breads for sandwiches, pastries, and so on. Each location also has two different soups each day, and the coffee is fair trade. The Stone Oven also caters. - Marjorie Jensen
