Worst hotel experience!

This was the worst hotel experience me and my husband have had through all of our travels. The room was dirty. The bathroom sink and bathtub/shower were clogged. No Red Rock view as listed in the advertising. The front desk person was unfriendly. When we checked out, we had to wait in line behind four other guests that had complaints. Radisson Poco Diablo needs major renovation and updating. Considering the room rate that we paid, we expected more for our money. We were 100% unsatisfied.
