Mediterranean-inspired furnishings give the room a formal feel but the "Joey" artwork around the room adds a touch of whimsy. Try the Cannelloni Freddi (crisp pasta shells filled with roasted eggplant pesto, sun dried tomato fennel purée, Gorgonzola and Mascarpone cheeses) are a Scottsdale Culinary Festival "Best Specialty Appetizer" winner.
