Peters Brauhaus, Cologne

Peters Brauhaus has one of the best locations in Cologne's old town, in a side street just off the more open Alter Markt. It's always full here of course, even with tourists, who find the building's beautiful façade and entrance area irresistible. It serves some of the best Kölsch (Cologne's local beer) which tempts one and all. The atmosphere here is superb, just like in every brauhaus, and both the service and food are top-notch.
