The grey facade of this huge concrete building certainly doesn't give any indication of the inviting atmosphere inside this pleasant three-star hotel. Hotel Pullman Newa sees itself as a kind of unofficial tourist information centre, providing guests with a good introduction to the city by the way of exhibitions and information brochures. The staff are helpful and the rooms well appointed. Single rooms are the same size as doubles.
