The architect and owner, Andrew Doolan has created something of a contemporary design and a unique place to stay in Edinburgh. Attention is paid to the smallest detail, from the warm and welcoming reception hues to the crisp sheets and excellent bedroom facilities. The Point Restaurant serves healthy straightforward fare and there is ale and art on tap in the Monboddo Bar.
