Looks fine first, quite disappointed on their service.

I stayed in this hotel after I've moved out of my house which I have stayed for a year and was waiting for return home. This hotel provides a cheap price on every Saturday and seems fine during the night. Clean. If you do not care about the noise in the morning coming through windows from the pool and cars passing by.
But I was so disappointed later on their attitude dealing with customer complaint. I found $5 charge besides the room fare and came there to check what it is. It's the cost for 2 bottles of water which was on the desk that I thought it a service. The thing that they pretend it to be free and charge after is the one thing that make me disappointed (star 3 - 2) but their attitude dealing with customer complaint was worse than anything else. (star 2- 1) They should have said sorry first if a customer complains for something and should have listened first what I was angry for. I just felt that I ran away without paying for pretended mini-bar and that's not what I expected for this hotel. They should have studied much more for the customer service.
Anyway, I won't go there anymore. It's so simple thing to say in a right way, but a simple mistake is enough to kick customers away forever.
