When Jarntorget was rebuilt, central Gothenburg got its first real pedestrian square, or why not call it a piazza? In the summer, this is a great place to relax and sit down by the fountain. Such indulgences are available at Cigarren (The Cigar). You can also have a beer or a cup of coffee to go with your cigar. Jarntorget is a junction for trams and buses heading west, towards the sea; you can get there on trams.
