Maswik Lodge, Grand Canyon Village

The 1st floor room is too noisy, you can hear the footsteps from the room above you, it's very hard to sleep with that condition. We had requested to change to the 2nd floor room, fortunately, we got a room very quiet and clean. However, the time for cleaning room is too early, it should be done after 11:00 a.m., not 7:00 a.m., when we told the maids come back later. They did not bother to do our room, when we got back, we requested them to clean about 3:00 p.m., they kicked us out about 2:45 p.m., but when we came back at night, the room was not touched at all.. Overall, we had the feeling that the lodge is under-staff, the maids are not professional, they look like teenager, don't have experience or responsibility. We hope the management should be reconsidered regarding these above-weak points. Thanks, S. Tran
