Guildford Cathedral
Description
Dating back to early 1950s, the Guildford Cathedral was built to accommodate the ever growing religious population of South East England. Spread over a massive area, this architectural marvel was designed by Edward Maufe, confronting a lot many hurdles and obstructions in the due course. Situated on Stag Hill, the church can accommodate around 1000 worshipers during service timings. Along with prayer services, religious meetings and cultural activities, the cathedral is also a venue for concerts and educational gatherings.
