Description
Although only a short walk from the Capitolio Nacional, the Hanoi restaurant is a little off the tourist trail, in an area of Old Havana still waiting to be restored to its former glory. This 17th century house, with its original architecture in tact, provides a blaze of color among the somewhat dilapidated buildings that surround it. There are three specific dining areas: one at the entrance, decorated and furnished in an oriental style; some private tables at the back; and more tables beneath the vines of an inner patio. The menu includes a selection of vegetarian, Cuban and Vietnamese dishes, along with beers, fruit juice and soft drinks to accompany.
