Parque Central, Havana

Parque Central Hotel in Old Havana is one of the best hotels in Cuba and definitely the best in Havana if you plan to do mostly walking touring. Service is attentive, food is delicious, rooms have great views, the rooftop pool and cafe are wonderful, the gym is modern, and location, location, location! When you can walk out the door and start walking through the safe, rich, historical neighbourhoods and be a block or two from museums, art galleries, theatres, restaurants, cafes, and the Old Town, and close to the people too, thats great! And when you are tired you can relax in 5 star luxury overlooking gorgeous views of this historical city on the patio beside the rooftop pool and cafe, rooms are very modern, food is tasty and continental, lobby is lively with music, atmosphere is colonial with modern comforts. Myself and my clients have stayed here with great satisfaction over the years! I highly recommend it always for guests seeking true comfort of a full service hotel and great location if they plan to do alot of exploring on foot! My other 5 star favourite hotel is the grand, historical, Hotel Nacional, however you must always take a taxi to the Old Town, but it has beautiful gardens overlooking the sea.
