Worst experience in Vegas EVER
This hotel was a nightmare from beginning to end. We were placed in a room on the 10th floor, directly below major construction on the 11th floor. We were woken up at 6:00 am to the sounds of sawing and metal pipes clanging. We requested to be moved to another room and found the noise to be just as loud. We requested a refund as we had checked in at 11:00 pm the night before and technically gotten little sleep in the $200/night basic room. The "manager" Eric was ridiculously rude, sarcastic and combative when we complained and actually threatened to call security when he realized he had no customer service skills to actually utilize. We left immediately after paying the "reduced" rate of $125 for four hours of sleep and will never ever never ever stay in a Station casino again. For $200/night you can get a great room in a decent strip hotel. We went to the Flamingo and were treated like paying customers, which was a nice change after the Sunset Station. Take my advice, stay somewhere else.
