Located by the swimming pool of The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Las Vegas, the Poolside Cafe & Grill is a refreshing place to hang out. A great place if you just feel like relaxing around the pool after a hot day out. You can also re-energize yourself with something in the menu which offers healthy outdoor cuisine, cocktails, smoothies, sandwiches and salads. Guests can choose to dine by the poolside or on the resort's white sand beach. The restaurant is open seasonally from 11a to sunset.
