Shroeder's Windward Marine Resort, Kaneohe

Aloha, Wednesdays and Fridays just aren't the same on the mainland. I miss my room and the people sooo much, especilly Baily and Lisa they made me feel like family. Mahalo for the Aloha!!

We had a large group of people from the US mainland staying at Schraders, and they all loved it. It is not a fancy place, but a home-like, friendly, easy-going gem. We had multiple shared living room and kitchen spaces, large balconies with great views of Kaneohe Bay and the Koolau mountains. It is far from the tourist bustle of Waikiki and there is nothing much within walking distance, but it is a beautiful, very local place with lots of meaningful extras like breakfast every morning, dinner and entertainment once a week as well as a boat ride out to the Bay's sandbar. The staff was always very helpful, accommodating and generous.
