Description

A spacious, bustling pub and much more besides, Paris Texas offers both quality food in the bar, and a slightly more expensive restaurant that is open from 6pm onwards. The emphasis is largely on Tex-Mex, but it seems that there is little that the menu doesn't contain. Paris Texas serves what is undoubtedly the finest chili in the south east, and if the food appears a little rough-and-ready and times, well, that's all part of the charm. Warmly recommended.

Never again.

I had a meal from the evening menu 3-6 in Paris Texas. The food could only be described as the worst I have ever tasted. All three courses were near unedible. I was very dissappointed and will not be going back to eat again.

We will go back in a heartbeat

We saw this place on our first visit to Kilkenny but did not go in because lack of time. On our second visit we made a point to hit the place first. Wow!! are we glad we did. The food was outstanding and truly Irish good. We enjoyed so much we got to go one more time before we left. Cannot say enough good. The portions are gigantic.
