Conveniently located at the top of Limerick's only pedestrianized street, Charlie Chaplin's is a distinctive black and white-fronted establishment. One of the first café-bars to open in Limerick, it has since become subject to some wear and tear, although it is still very popular with younger people. This is a fine spot in which to while away a few hours.
