Nice place to stay. The staff is pretty nice and courteous. I will visit this place again.

This hotel did exceed our expectation. We liked the rooms and all the facilities. We will surely go again. Great stay!! pretty decent.

My stay was pleasant, except for the shock of originally being checked into a room with NO window. Upon inquiry, it was explained that an upgrade would be required, for a minimum of 20 pounds($40) more a night. While the concierge staff was helpful to arrange taxi service, his information on the current available theatre tickets was sketchy. Once we upgraded, our room had an absolutely gorgeous view of the Thames river and the London Eye. I would recommend this hotel only for those who want to spend $250 or more a night for a hotel, and then only if they take the upgrade to a larger room with a view. The breakfast buffet has two options, and the best will cost $35 per person.

Great location, upscale quality, great staff. Definitely would stay there again.
