Tawa Grove, Lower Hutt

Part of the Rimutaka Forest Park this 30-minute walk is ideal for disabled or elderly people as the track is specially designed for wheelchairs, pushchairs or other kinds of walking aids. Through native bush the well-developed track is not strenuous. It begins at the visitor centre and loops back returning you to the starting point. After the walk picnic or barbecue in the excellent facilities at the park.
