Cardozo Hotel, Miami Beach

The hotel was extremely quaint in a romantic setting overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The best staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The Cardozo Cafe had absolutely Great Food and choice, their staff was great also.

Small Hotel, but absolutely a great place to stay. Highly Recommended !! Will Stay there Again !! Walking distance to the beach.

My friend and I ate at the restaurant several times and had great experiences. When I decided to stay there it was very different. The staff was very snotty, except one bartender. When I checked in the man acted like I was an inconvenience. Everytime I ate in the restaurant, I had to ask to be waited on. The room had hardly any furniture and the mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. The final disappointment was the bathroom. The knobs to turn the water on in the shower were so awkwardly placed behind a wall that I had to climb into the shower/bath to turn them on and I cut my hand open trying to get to them. Very strange. I wouldn't stay there again.

The Cardozo has become my only choice when I stay in South Beach. The beautiful renovation has restored its 1930s splendor and added a modern, sexy vibe. The rooms are cozy, beautifully decorated and boast very comfortable beds. The hotel is across Ocean Drive from some of the best sand on Miami Beach. The staff are among the friendliest in southern Florida, and happily arrange reservations at the hottest restaurants and spaces on VIP guest lists at the wildest clubs. Why go anywhere else?
