Santa's Enchanted Forest
Santa's Enchanted Forest, the largest Christmas theme park and carnival in the world, is a sheer delight for children of all ages. Open from November through early January, the park features a spectacular array of activities and points of interest, including nine shows nightly, a multitude of displays, forty game and food stands, kiddy rides, a 90-foot Christmas tree, and three million lights to illuminate Miami's tropical winter nights. It is a seasonal favorite not to be missed.
The last time I went to Santa's it cost about $20 to get in but you rode everything for free. So if you love to ride the rides you'll love this place! Might be crowded sometimes but it's not too since there's lots of room. They have plety of rides for kids too. Plus, Santa is always present for pictures. Quick note: Obviously they only open at nite so you can see the Christmas lights.
I saw a pony dying, laying on the ground in his own feces (ironically in the "freak show" area)
The elephant was being forced to give rides, denied hay (which the poor thing kept trying to get), and was fed coca cola (not good for elephants)...maybe in a lame attempt to g ive it caffeine to keep it going.
The rest of the ponies giving rides looked pathetic - starved and tired.
Do not support this awful event, its not fun for the animals, my children were literally CRYING when they saw how miserable the poor animals were.
