My suggestion is: if you want to make a reservation, it's better to call them, don't go there directly! If you go there to make a reservation only and without dressing up nice, they will treat you as a secondary customer. We made reservation for Friday and we showed up dressing up as instructed by the staff, they told us they have made a mistake and they put us for Saturday at 9:30 pm. We have to wait another 25 minutes for the mistake that the staff made, while we saw bunch of other "more important" customers got their seats first. We didn't get our dinner until 11 pm. Wow! And one last thing: where was our bread??

Emeril's Delmonico ranks as one of the worst dinning eperiences I have every had. It started with being ushered through the kitchen to our table. We we rushed through our meal. The food? When you pay $200 for a meal you expect something special, not your average tourist trap fare.

Wonderful service and the food was excellent! Next time I will order appetizer, entree, and dessert seperate. There is a chef's tasting menu, that although is wonderful, it is a little over priced compared to what you can order and split on the main menu. Nevertheless, truely outstanding restaurant.

Our party of eight arrived before they opened for the evening. We were allowed to enter, sit in the bar and were treated like family( Royal family). Excellent service, food and ambiance. I have been a chef, culinary instructor, and club manager. Finest dining experience of my life!
