McFarland House, Niagara-on-the-Lake

When John McFarland went about constructing this house with bricks from his own kiln two centuries ago, little did he know it would one day be an epitome of all that defines Niagara-on-the-Lake; .fine taste, gracious living and Georgian manners. Guides in period costumes show you around and visitors also get to sample some home baked goodies and sip tea at the McFarland Tea Garden. For the outdoorsy type, there's a picnic pavilion on the property and several nature trails leading from the park.
