This nine-story hotel is located in North San Jose, right on the light rail, giving you convenient access to all the sights in Downtown San Jose. The rooms are casual but elegant in their own way, with some giving you a great view of the South Bay. The service is excellent and the staff will be glad to help by offering all sorts of tour packages and special deals. It is a nice, affordable business hotel with lots of meeting space.

Pricey, noisy traiffic, noisy room aircon. This hotel is in need of renovation. Window leaking rain from outside into room onto air-con unit! Shower-bath leaking into room, & plug unserviceable so only possible to take showers. Minor grumbles: light switch & clock not working. Great restaurant staff, polite & friendly!

Did not aim to please.

- Requested a King Bed, Non-smoking room. \n \n- Got a Twin, "Smokey" room with no bathtub. Room was noisy. Halls were messy, the place looked as if it were under construction. Service mediocre. \n \n-The only bright spot was the restaurant, decent food there. $$$ \n \nEcono-Lodge level hotel with a nice restaurant
