The only 5 star hotel in Heidelberg

Service - they take their 5 star rating to heart and the staff is very friendly.
Location - in the middle of everything. all the restaurants and attractions are within walking distance.
Cleanliness - clean rooms and bathrooms.
2 negatives
Small rooms - certain rooms are very small.
No air conditioning during summer - some rooms to have AC so please ask for it when you book.
