We stayed here on August 26 2008 and what a mistake that was, we moved rooms 3 times without any offer of help from staff to carry our bags. Rooms were shabby and poorly furnished. I complained by email and got a very condisending reply. I would not recommend anybody to stay at this hotel. I am ashamed to say that this is what visitors to Great Britian see on their travels. I'ts the PITS!
22 Sep 2008 | fincamarilooI lived in Rm 62xx. Very basic facilities. It looks like a time machine that brings you back to 1970s. Beds are tiny. The ground (carpet) near the beds were full of hairs. I could hear neighbours' talking and the sound of telephone. You have to go to 1/F to borrow hair dryer before 7:00 pm. Worst of all was the disgusting breakfast. Virtually inedible and terrible tasting tea and coffee. You have to pay 4 pounds for full English breakfast. Do not recommend.
