no reply from holiday inn de boelelaan regarding extra charges

iam about to book for holiday inn de boelelann, since i have read this review regarding charges, i send them email inquiring the extra charges that wil be charge when i get there (like the city taxes or so on...)aside from the paying the room and the 6% taxes outright when making the reservation but they never reply. so i will just look for another hotel to stay, very bad

One of the nicer hotels in Amsterdam. friendly staff, comfy, good location, lot of amenities. but lot of extra charges. internet was expensive. room wasnt cleaned that often.
