Spectacular and magical,one of the great spots in the US

Called for reservations

I just called for reservation and the person on the phone had a real nasty attitude. Before I could finish telling them that I wanted to reserve a room in September they had cut me off and was already telling me that they had no rooms for tonight. I had to cut them off to let them know that I wanted rooms for the end of September. I don't care how close to the rim they are, if service starts out like this then I can only imagine what the rest of it will be like.
