The 90-year-old Hotel Atlantic is one of the finest hotels in the country and was once rated the fifth best in the world. Boasting every conceivable amenity such as a boutique, hairdresser and box office, it is a favourite with the rich and famous: Tom Cruise, Helmut Kohl, the Three Tenors stayed here, as did James Bond in "Tomorrow Never Dies". The rooms are elegantly furnished and well equipped. Many of the rooms also offer splendid views over Lake Alster. Most of Hamburg's major tourist attractions can be reached on foot, as can the main railway station.

Charming hotel of traditional style yet featuring the latest technology. Wonderful BMW Suite! Great wellness area. Own private cinema.
