Hotel Phoenix opened in 1990 after a complete restoration of the historic, 300-year-old building. Now it is a luxury hotel of the highest standard, with spacious rooms decorated with antique furniture. All rooms have a telephone, TV, mini-bar, safe, iron, and a private bathroom made of Italian marble. Executive rooms have air conditioning and a jacuzzi as well as their own fax-machine. The hotel is centrally located between Kongens Nytorv and Amalienborg, with Strøget, Nyhavn and Rosenborg Garden within walking distance. The hotel has its own bar and restaurant.
