superb hotel

The hotel has a very fantastic location in Singapore! It is nestled in the white beach in the island of sentosa. The open air lobby relaxes mind and eliminates the stress of the hustles of the city life. Resort as it may seem, not to be compared to a city hotel since people here go for relaxation. If fussy people tend to be talking too much about the bad things and become faul finders, go to the city hotel... this place is not for you. I believe this hotel may also have its renovation, shangri-la wouldnt let its property go down. Just waiting for right timing as there are other hotels nearby being put up...

Highly recommended

I liked the whole resort of Sentosa. The free monorail was brilliant and made it simple to see the whole island. The laser show was the best I have ever seen and it was free.The beach is great especially further down and there is plenty of space and lots of sand. The scenery is idyllic. Everything is clean and efficient and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was smallish but nice and looked out onto a huge walkalong balcony shared by several rooms, although open to anyone. It was usually deserted and the views were stunning.
