Location, location, location

This hotel is located perfectly at Delaware and Michigan Avenue. Shopping, dining, entertainment are within two blocks. The staff were very attentive and prompt.

HORRIBLE

worst hotel I ever stayed in. Disrespectful staff, unsanitary room. Even the Holiday Inn is superior compared to this place.

great hotel

This is a great hotel. Good location - very convenient to both shops/stores as well as businesses. The rooms are nice - the down comforters are amazing!! Service is great, too. I think Oprah has her friends stay here ... a great reference!!
