First and the last

I stayed for 5 nights and it was not a good stay. One receptionist looks friendly but was not knowledgeable on check in policies. I should have read the reviews first. Two mornings I have to ask for newspapers. Unlike some other hotels, breakfast was the same every morning. The key card is sometime faulty.

never go back

the room is ok, especially the bathroom is very nice. But service is totally out, never greet people when people come out from a taxi; will always look up to mat salleh first.
