The AC Hotel Amsterdam is located near the river Gaasp. It is easily accessible, regardless of the direction from which you arrive. The World Trade Centre, the RAI Congress Centre and Schiphol Airport are just a few kilometres away. Reaching Central Station by metro is also seemingly effortless. All of the rooms were renovated in January 1998 and contain a shower, toilet, radio and telephone. There is also a golf course and a tennis court as well as an open-air café on the water. You can't get there from here!

Upon arrival in Amsterdam, I discovered that it was almost impossible to get to the hotel due to road construction. I could see it in the distance but, after dragging my bags through a park in the rain after a 10 hour flight, I decided to try a taxi - it had to detour 10 miles to get there.After much time and effort I booked into another hotel near the RAI at a much higher rate but at least convenient. Information regarding accessibility should be on the web site.
