we will never go back

no hot water in the evening, elevator malfunction, key malfunction. \nThey show our room to people while we are still in the room (once we were in bed!) without knocking or asking. Strong violation of our privacy (without mentioning that all our stuff was in the room, which make it very unsafe)

Awesome

customer service is not a forgotten art at this Miami Beach location. The front desk staff is awesome and Brian is very special. Makes our stays memorable.
